At Body and Mind Studio we understand that every individual is unique and special and so we treat them as so. We offer a range of personally tailored products and services targeted at all areas of the body and mind to give our clients a total feeling of wellness.

Body and Mind Studio is owned and operated by husband and wife team Beccy and Paul Hopfensperger (pictured right) who between them have over 25 years experience in the personal wellness field. They operate on an appointment only basis from their specially designed wellness studio in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Beccy is qualified in Anatomy and Physiology, Swedish Massage and Kinesio Taping for sports and general injuries (KT1 & KT2). She has helped her husband Paul achieve one of his lifelong ambitions of swimming the English Channel by keeping his body in peak condition through regular  massage and Kinesio Taping.

Paul is qualified in Anatomy & Physiology, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Kinesio Taping (KT1, KT2 & KT3) and is an Herbalife Supervisor. He has studied personal development since 1987 and holds a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for which he is also a Certified NLP Practitioner. He is an accomplished open water swimmer, having represented England in the 2008 FINA World Cup Open Water Swimming Grand Prix series and was only the 84th person in history to complete two solo swims of the English Channel in 2007 & 2008. He puts his achievements down to good daily nutrition using Herbalife products since 1987, regular massage and a constant ability to change habits using NLP techniques to achieve his desired outcome(s).
